National Independent Hapkido Assoc

The National Independent Hapkido Association of Australia (NIHA) was setup to assist independent Hapkido schools and Instructors to swap ideas, training systems and future events and seminars.

What is NIHA

The NIHA is a non-profit, non-political association formed by a group of diverse independent Hapkido instructors, uniting together for the purpose of being a part of a network of progressive independent martial arts schools.

What is the NIHA mission statement?
  1. Support - To give martial arts instructors access to a network of progressive independent martial arts schools, in a supportive, nurturing atmosphere.
  2. Recognition - To formally recognise suitably qualified martial arts instructors, with integrity.
  3. Advancement - To share and further develop knowledge through the vehicle of multi-disciplinary cross-training.

Who runs the NIHA?

The NIHA is run and administered by an elected Executive Committee. These Committee Members are a group of Independent Martial Arts Instructors from various Martial Arts styles and Schools, each with over 20 Years Martial Arts experience, who work in a voluntary capacity, to facilitate and develop the NIHA.
